No-return policy

No-return policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

AbhyasBasket does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, duplicate orders or choosing the wrong class, board, language, edition or product when the item supplied matches the listing and your order. Please check product details carefully before purchasing.

Digital products and online tests

For correctly supplied digital downloads and online access, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds after delivery or access has been provided. Check the content, format, device requirements, duration, attempts and access period before buying.

Problems with an order

This policy does not exclude any remedy or consumer right required by applicable law. If goods or services are defective, deficient, counterfeit, incorrect, materially different from the description, not supplied, or delivered late where a legal remedy applies, contact us through our contact page. We will assess the issue and provide the repair, replacement, return, cancellation or refund required by law. For late delivery, any applicable force-majeure exception remains subject to law.

Include your order number, a description of the problem and relevant photographs or screenshots where available. Please contact us promptly so we can help; this request does not shorten any statutory period or make an unboxing video a condition of your legal rights. We will explain any return arrangements and applicable costs as part of the resolution.
