Help & formats
A little clarity before you choose.
Books, downloadable papers and online tests work differently. Here is how to find the right format.
What is the difference between printed papers, PDFs and online tests?+
Printed papers are physical items that are shipped. PDFs are files you download and read on a compatible device or print. Online tests are attempted on a digital testing platform. Check the format label on each listing.
How do I choose the correct school book?+
Match the board, class, subject, language or medium, publisher and edition to your school’s list. Contact us with the title or your book list if you need help identifying the right item.
Will a PDF purchase include a printed copy?+
A product marked PDF download is a digital file. A printed copy is included only if the product listing explicitly says so.
What should I check before buying an online test?+
Check the exam or subject, language, number of tests, marking rules, allowed attempts, time limits and access period. The listing should also explain how you receive access.
Where can I find delivery and return information?+
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Our No-return policy preserves remedies required by law for faulty, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming products and services. Demo products are unavailable for purchase.
Is the free practice quiz an official exam?+
No. It is a short general practice sample with explanations. It is not an official exam, certification or board-aligned mock test.
